Election update
The May 2, 2023 Board of Directors’ Election was cancelled due to there not being more interested candidates than positions available. The officer positions of the Board of Directors is noted on the Board of Directors page.
Decorative Ponds
The Board continues to maintain the decorative ponds. Quantum Pump was engaged to provide a pump analysis and repair services on the existing pumps at the ponds. Any concerns or feedback related to the ponds can be directed to the District Manager, Lisa Johnson at lisa.johnson@claconnect.com.
Cattails & Algae
The District continues to maintain and treat cattails for the ponds and surrounding areas. This helps to better balance the ecosystem, maintain the aesthetic, encourage the growth and sustain the populations of many native plants.
